We’re proud that Grrlplanet has been nominated for Best Lesbian Culture/Entertainment Blog, and try to bring you all a valuable service of ridiculing some, objectifying others, and reviewing what’s in our small (but huge) lesbian world. That we would ever receive an award for it, is pretty cool.
It’s a voting thing…but don’t stress. If you don’t want to vote for us, but like someone else…that’s cool. We don’t do it for the glory…we do it for the…nookie? (bad fred durst reference, i know)….anyway…we have a lot of fun, and actually have the best work environment you could ever hope for. Napping even happens.

how can you be nominated already when they havent been announced. is it because you r a sponsor.

The person in charge of the awards, Kelly, left a note on this blog (under “bra made of bacon”) telling us that we’ve been nominated. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have known.
