I knew a girl, many years ago, who got implants b/c she was completely flat-chested and very, very ashamed of it. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable in one’s own skin so I have absolutely no judgement. BUT, I did touch them and to me they felt nothing like the real thing. I loooove the feel of natural breasts.
