Lindsay Lohan reportedly turned down $700 grand to do a topless spread for Playboy recently….keeping her breasts locked down for only the view of the few. In my opinion, breasts are best in another woman’s hands….and in a remarkably similar vein…according to Foxnews (I know, always so reliable), she was caught yet again kissing Samantha in public (good for her).
