The big news? Recently Ellen gave Portia a ring of pink diamonds and they set a date for their upcoming wedding. This thing is going to be huge…and despite the numerous protests you will start to hear, it will be publicized everywhere – television, newspapers, etc..will all have pics of the couple kissing and celebrating their commitment, and that’s awesome.
It wasn’t long ago that Ellen Degeneres outed herself on her sitcom, lost her sitcom, and couldn’t find work. Now, she’s a gazzilionaire, about to marry a beautiful woman, and just won her 4th consecutive Daytime Emmy. Life is good.
We’re thinking, in a previous life, Ellen Degeneres was a patron saint. Whatever the case, she’s done something very, very right and we wish them both all the best. Cheers and Bottoms up! (especially you Portia)
