The Wisconsin Supreme Court just declared sex with dead people illegal in their state. It was reported by MSNBC.com that three men attempted to dig up the grave of a woman killed a week prior, and they brought a box of condoms. The court stated that its ruling of illegality was due to the lack of consent by the person underground.
When I die, I’m giving my girlfriend advanced consent to have sex with me. I don’t want to get cut off when I’m dead. That sucks.
