If it’s 2:00am and you’ve just been lucky enough to score a really great chick. Where do you go to get dental dams? I thought about this the other day. I checked CVS – nothing. In fact, I searched most of the pharmacies around my place and couldn’t find a one.
I did find racks of condoms in an assortment of sizes, colors, textures and flavors – even the no-one-uses-plastic-bag-like female condom.
Question – I know there is Planned Parenthood, but in a pinch, what do you do? where do you go? or…as I suspect…are women just not supposed to have sex?

In a pinch, you can buy condoms, cut the top off, and cut up the middle (you probably want nonlubricated ones for that). Or, Saran Wrap will also work.

But, of course, you are right. It should be easier to find dams. I used to manage an adult toy store, and I was appalled how many people had no idea what dental dams were. They would pick up the package and look at them like they were foreign objects. Sigh. Sex ed sucks in this country.
